Former Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli insists the club is on the right track and can beat Inter Milan this weekend.
Cobolli Gigli is proud with the way the club's summer signings have bedded in, despite media criticism.
He said: "Let's start with a victory, then we'll see what happens. Championships are decided in the second half of the season as shown throughout history. Teams that seem unreachable have squandered an almost inestimable lead.
"The Diegos, Felipe Melos, Cannavaros and Caceres's were needed to re-dimension the gap. Now there is a structure that is being developed. It's requires work every day and patience, but in football things happen in a hurry.
"Inter are a dangerous naval vessel, but we can think about beating them the day after tomorrow."
