Former Juventus defender Fabio Cannavaro says he's excited about his move to UAE's Al Ahli.
Cannavaro now begins the final phase of his playing career in Dubai with club side Al-Ahli, but could soon be joined by Gennaro Gattuso.
He said: "I visited the city, the schools and homes. It is a wonderful place that lives football in a different way. It's an interesting challenge for me at the age of 37.
"Rino was meant to go first, but in the end it was down to me. I think in future more Italians will arrive, because Dubai want to grow their football by bringing in new players to teach youth."
