Former Juventus coach Gigi del Neri doesn't rate Paulo Dybala as Carlos Tevez's successor.

Dybala proved the matchwinner against AC Milan.

But Del Neri insists: "I have seen a good Juve, they are picking up.

"They're used to fighting to win and having a busy schedule during the week.

"Dybala has great potential, is on track to be a protagonist for Juventus. Compared to Tevez, he is however very different. The Boca striker is more energetic and tough. It is true that the two have different ages, but Tevez has a character as a leader and Dybala not."
