Former Juventus football chief Luciano Moggi is convinced Antonio Conte will leave Chelsea.

The Blues manager remains at odds with the club's front office over transfer policy.

Conte has been linked with AC Milan, where Vincenzo Montella is under pressure after a difficult opening two months of the season.

And transfer guru Moggi believes the move is sure to happen.

Taking to twitter, he posted: "The future of AC Milan is Conte."
