Fabio Capello believes that Chelsea will have "fun" with Maurizio Sarri should he become the club's next manager.
But he also admits that a lack of interest in winning minor trophies could be a downfall for Sarri in England.
It appears that Chelsea are set on sacking manager Antonio Conte and replacing him with Sarri in the coming weeks.
"How do I see Sarri? Fun," the legendary coach told Corriere dello Sport.
"I didn't like his lack of interest in cups, I didn't really understand it, but I found the work he did on [Napoli's] did very interesting, as well as the three short forwards, Mertens as a centre-forward was a magnificent invention."
