Former Inter Milan striker Roberto Boninsegna has warned coach Roberto Mancini his team is still short of quality.
Boninsegna says Inter must return to the market to improve weak areas.
He told Gazzetta dello Sport: "The data shows that Mateo Kovacic cannot be a director. His characteristics are not suitable for that role.
"Up front there is need for a further striker, Rodrigo Palacio and Mauro Icardi not enough. They need four like them, so I expect a few shots in attack."
Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic is in Milan today for an Inter medical.
