Former Inter Milan star Dejan Stankovic has turned down the chance to become Serbian FA president.
The 35-year-old retired over the summer.
"There was the proposal and I evaluated it very carefully," Stankovic told Sportske.
"At the moment I do not feel ready for such an important role."
