Charismatic Italian striker Benito Carbone has signed for Serie C2 Pavia.
Carbone played for Torino, Inter and Parma before winning the hearts of English fans during spells at Sheffield Wednesday, Middlesbrough, Bradford City, Derby County and Aston Villa.
He has penned a two-year contract with Pavia.
