Former Inter Milan coach Ivan Juric admits Gian Piero Gasperini needed to hit the ground running to survive with the Nerazzurri.
Juric was part Gasperini's backroom team at Inter.
He said: "It was intense and interesting to work with Inter. They have important people, especially among players, whose personality and desire are ideally suited to their to work.
"Results determine everything, but at a Coach should have time. Especially when it is one like Gasp, who wanted to bring an innovative offensive idea to the team.
"Look at Andre Villas Boas at Chelsea, they were unwatchable in the beginning but now it works fine."
