Ex-Inter boss Benitez regards Juventus as genuine title contenders

Former Inter Milan and Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez feels Juventus can win the title.

Benitez believes that Juventus have to be considered as Scudetto contenders.

“Juventus are among the favourites for the championship,” he told Eurosport.

“Milan and Inter haven’t lived up to expectations so far and they have squads which are weaker than they have been in the past.

“Juventus, also thanks to their new stadium, have an extra gear. However, let’s not forget Napoli either. They too are a side to keep an eye on.”
