Ex-Inter, AC Milan striker Ronaldo set to win new Corinthians deal

Former Inter and AC Milan striker Ronaldo is ready to discuss a new contract with Corinthians.

Ronaldo had signed an initial 12-month deal with Corinthians upon his release from Milan, but such has been his form that not only is a new deal likely - but he also is in Brazil coach Dunga's thoughts for the 2010 World Cup.

"Everything indicates that I will continue this journey," the 32 year-old said.

"My intention is to go forward. I am in a fantastic team that has welcomed me with open arms."
