Former Hull City star Geovanni is ready to make his first MLS start with the San Jose Earthquakes.
The 30-year old Brazilian winger signed as the Quakes' Designated Player in August but has only managed about half an hour so far but he has confirmed he is ready to take the pitch for a full 90 minutes.
"I'm ready to go 90 minutes," Geovanni said. "Physically, I'm feeling great.
And Geovanni's inclusion may help the team get back on the scoring sheet after just two goals in their past five games.
"We're in a bit of a drought," defender Jason Hernandez admitted. "Goals are kind of hard to come by."
