Former RacingGenk youth chief Hein Vanhaezebrouck rates Kevin de Bruyne a BIGGER TALENT than Chelsea teammate Eden Hazard.
De Bruyne is currently playing on-loan at Werder Bremen and isn't expected to formally move to Chelsea until next season.
"De Bruyne is much more complete than Hazard," declared Vanhaezebrouck. "His passing range is much wider.
"He can play long and short, with left and right, he can dribble and score from a distance, he can play on the left, right and centrally and he can even play next to Axel Witsel as a second defensive midfielder."
