Former Italy coach Cesare Prandelli says Serie A clubs need to give more chances to their young players.
The ex-Fiorentina boss, however, does have praise for two top-flight clubs.
“It'd be better if we did something for the future," Prandelli said to Tuttosport.
“After the World Cup, they said to give more space to our youngsters but instead there are always more foreigners.
“It's a bad habit imposed by the lack of confidence in the young players from our schools.
“Well done Torino and Sassuolo, who have brought the Italian product forward."
