Ex-Everton favourite Li Tie: I'd take Man Utd over Chelsea

As Chelsea prepare to take on Chengdu Blades in a fund-raising game for the victims of the recent Chinese earthquakes, ex-Everton midfielder Li Tie could not resist a sly dig at tomorrow's opponents.

The China international declared: "I spent four years with Everton and another season at Sheffield United, so I have faced Chelsea many times.

"They are one of the strongest teams in the Premier League and very difficult to play against. But, personally, I prefer to watch Manchester United. They have a much more attacking style than Chelsea and I believe that is the way teams should play."
