Belgium coach Roberto Martinez supports the appointment of Marco Silva as new Everton manager.
Martinez - about to coach Belgium in the World Cup finals - reckons that experience is the key for new Blues boss Silva.
The Catalan, in charge at Goodison Park between 2013-16, said: “I think it's important at any Premier League club to have a man who is experienced in the league and I think that's going to be really important for that appointment.
"It's a fantastic, wonderful football club Everton, and I wish them the very best of luck."
