Former Derby County, West Ham United and Nottingham Forest midfielder John Harkes admits he would love to go back to the UK to coach.

The 43-year old ex-USA international and DC United star was a pioneer of the American game, heading over to England in a bid to further his career in the mid 1990s.

He enjoyed success in the UK with the aforementioned clubs and now says he would love to get back there and be involved in the coaching caper.

"Yeah, I could see that in the future," he told the Herald Scotland. "I would love to go back to the UK to coach. That would be fantastic. I would love to do that."
