Andy Todd is delighted with his first days at Perth Glory.
The former Derby County defender touched down on Tuesday and told the West Australian: “It’s beautiful, I’ve been really impressed.
“I don’t really know what I expected because I’d only seen pictures on the internet.
“But it’s a beautiful city and everyone seems friendly, very relaxed and easy going.”
Not that Todd is underestimating the size of the challenge. After learning of the club’s fall from grace following the demise of the National Soccer League and its ambition to climb to the summit of the new A-League, he quipped: “So there’s no pressure, then?”
