Another prominent Asian footballer could be joining the A-League this season.
Chung-Yong Lee, who recently became a free agent after spending four seasons with Crystal Palace, could follow in the footsteps of Keisuke Honda by signing down under.
The Korean is considering options in Australia, as well as Belgium, Japan and Turkey.
"I do not stick to the big league name," Lee told Korean press recently.
"I am looking for a team that can steadily play the game again by raising my playing power."
Japan international Honda recently signed with Melbourne Victory.
