Luton Town boss John Still has revealed his interest in veteran striker Andrew Johnson.
The 33-year old departed Crystal Palace at the start of the month and has now emerged as a target for the League Two club who would love to lure the experienced forward to Kenilworth Road.
Still said initial talks with the former Birmingham City, Everton, Fulham and QPR man had been postponed but is hoping to sit down and nut out a plan to add eight-time England international to his promotion-chasing squad.
"We put off a meeting planned for earlier in the week, nothing to do with either of us, but we couldn't get time, so he's coming in Thursday," Still told Luton Today.
"We've got on great, so the talks are not going to be difficult. I don't know Andrew, but we've got on great and I mean really great."
