Andy Iro has been training with LA Galaxy as the reigning MLS champions look to shore up their defense.
The 27-year old former Columbus Crew and Toronto FC centre-back has been without a club since turning down a contract with Toronto in January and is now on the radar of the Galaxy who have shipped 21 goals in 13 games to sit on the bottom of the Western Conference table.
"Just looking at him, whatever you want to call it," Galaxy head coach Bruce Arena said. "We always try to bring in some players and have a look at them whenever we can."
