Recently-released New York Red Bulls goalkeeper Bouna Coundoul is on trial with English Championship club Doncaster Rovers.
The 29-year old Senegal international is available on a free transfer after finishing up with the Red Bulls at the end of the 2011 MLS season with Robins boss Dean Saunders casting an eye over him as he looks to strengthen his struggling squad.
Coundoul, who spent the first three or so years of his career with the Colorado Rapids, recently played all three group stage matches for Senegal at the African Cup of Nations but was unable to help guide the side into the knockout phase as they were eliminated from the tournament without a point.
