Ex-Chelsea winger Stoch: I rejected Real Madrid, Man City to join Fenerbahce

Former Chelsea winger Miroslav Stoch has revealed he rejected Manchester City to sign with Fenerbahce.

Stoch has caused controversy in Turkey over his move to Fener after appearing set to sign with city rivals Galatarasay.

The Slovakia international says he rejected some of Europe's biggest clubs to sign with Fener: "Among them were Juventus, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Ajax and Sevilla.

"I considered everything, from all angles, but Fenerbahce were the best choice."
