Former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino has revealed how Roman Abramovich is dictating Arsenal transfer policy!
Cascarino thinks Chelsea's £33m deal for Michy Batshuayi has put Arsenal off splashing out £50m on Alexandre Lacazette.
He told Sky Sports: "I've been talking to people in France about it and what's happened [is] Batshuayi went to Chelsea from Marseille for £30m and Arsenal put him at the same price as Lacazette.
"They don't want to go much higher, they don't want to pay £50m for someone they rate as a pretty similar player."
