Former Chelsea midfielder Vinnie Jones has called on Mesut Ozil to quit football.
Ozil missed Arsenal's win over West Ham citing a head cold.
But Jones is unconvinced and says he should “go into hospitals and cook dinner for people" if he is not prepared to put in 100 per cent for the Arsenal cause.
“If you're not enjoying it, go and build motorways or something," Jones told talkSPORT.
“Go into hospitals and cook dinner for people.
“Go and do something you can be proud of if you're not happy being in the limelight and having the most fantastic job in the world.
“[When I played] it was your lifelong dream, it was the privilege, it was the buzz of the crowd.
“I played right-wing, I played centre-forward, I played centre-back, I played in goal and I was on £150-a-week.
“If it definitely is that he's not playing because he's not happy with the position he's playing, then he needs sorting out properly."
