Ex-Chelsea, Man Utd chief Kenyon helping Real Madrid land Coentrao

Former Chelsea and Manchester United chief Peter Kenyon was at the Santiago Bernabeu yesterday.

Kenyon is now working with Portuguese super agent Jorge Mendes and the pair met with Real Madrid officials over a deal for Benfica fullback Fabio Coentrao.

AS says they discussed terms with Real chief Jose Angel Sanchez.

Real's last offer was for €22 million plus one player from Ezequiel Garay, Fernando Gago or Pablo Sarabia.
