Former Chelsea defender Jason Cundy feels they must stand by manager Andre Villas-Boas.
He says Chelsea are making a huge mistake by constantly changing their manager.
"It might get results in the short-term but in the long-term the club would still be left with the same problems.
"And if AVB was to be sacked, who is to say we wouldn't be having this debate again in 12 months time?
"I don't think the club should have got rid of Carlo Ancelotti, but having done so they must give AVB time to get it right."Cundy, who played for the Blues from 1988-92, said: "The problem I have is I believe Chelsea can't keep sacking managers.
