Former Chelsea defender Jason Cundy has taken a swipe at Arsenal over missing out on N'Golo Kante.
Kante moved to Cundy's former club Chelsea over the summer for £32m - weeks after inspiring Leicester to the Premier League title.
Cundy told talkSPORT: "You are talking about one of the best holding midfielders in world.
"He was available. The price Chelsea paid was a steal.
"Those type of players don't hang off trees. Arsenal aren't a bad team - but they need to sort out their recruitment.
"The problem is their mentality. We all knew this Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich was coming.
"Deep down, all Arsenal fans knew this would happen.
"They'll finish top four - they're two points off second. It always seems to be under threat but they will find a way, this is what they do."
