Ex-Chelsea defender Carvalho delighted working with Mourinho at Real Madrid

Former Chelsea defender Ricardo Carvalho is delighted with his first weeks at Real Madrid.

The veteran Portugal defender is working with Real coach Jose Mourinho for the third time in his career after spells together at Chelsea and Porto.

"I'm feeling very well and settled at Madrid. The club is as I imagined. Now I will give everything to win at Osasuna on Saturday and get the first win of the season," he said.

"Mourinho is working very well. He's the best coach in the world and knows what to do. I've known him a long time and this helps me, because I know perfectly well his working methods."

He might be missed come april. But im with you on saying that alex can probably do an adequate job at covering along side JT. The EPL is physically demanding and Carvalho didnt exactly have age going on his side. While Alex on the other hand does. So thats definitely a bonus. Another bonus is Alex's piledriving freekicks, but thats for another discussion.

We are pleased to hear it.
Even though, most of the times he played well at Chelsea, but over all he won´t be missed.
