Former Chelsea coach Ray Wilkins rates Tottenham as Premier League title contenders.
Wilkins was asked on talkSPORT for his title picks.
"I don't think you can rule out Tottenham this year," he said. "They had a little blip against West Ham but got a very good result at the weekend when they beat Aston Villa.
"Man City looked extremely good away from home at West Ham, which is never an easy place to go to. Now they've got their away from on track, they're going to be up there, and Chelsea will be there or thereabouts."
