Former Chelsea captain Marcel Desailly says owner Roman Abramovich should be supported by fans.
The latest casualty was Roberto di Matteo after Andre Villas-Boas and Carlo Ancelotti were dismissed.
But Desailly defended Abramovich, and said: "The owner is very passionate.
"When he makes the decision to change the manager there must be a good reason. He changed Ancelotti because he made some tactical mistakes from his point of view. It was the same with Villas-Boas and Di Matteo.
"The players here have to adapt to the logistics of the owner. We loved Di Matteo because he brought the winning mentality to the club. But let's move on."
