Ex-Chelsea boss Grant linked with Bolton job

Former Chelsea manager Avram Grant is being linked with the Bolton Wanderers job.

The Israeli has hinted at returning to English football and it has been suggested that the Partizan Belgrade could replace Owen Coyle at the Reebok Stadium provided the Trotters avoid relegation.

"Grant has told us and Israeli newspapers of his desire to go back to English football," an Israeli source close to the manager said to Serbian newspaper Blic on Wednesday.

"He told us he has been approached by Blackburn and Bolton, but that his wish was to manage a Premier League side. As Rovers have officially been relegated, only Bolton remain, although their own fate is still uncertain."
