Ex-Chelsea boss Ancelotti set to be named PSG manager

Former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is closing in on the PSG job.

The Guardian says Ancelotti is set to take over at the big-spending French club Paris St-Germain after agreeing a two-and-a-half-year contract worth €6m (£5m) a year.

PSG are to part ways with their current manager, Antoine Kombouaré, despite leading the French league going into the winter break, and have turned to Ancelotti as his replacement.
