Former Barcelona and Chelsea defender Juliano Belletti feels the Nou Camp is the best place for Neymar. The Santos star is a target for both European heavyweights.

But Belletti says: "Neymar would find room at Barca today. He is very impressive and can succeed at Barca.

"Barca is a team that can transform Neymar into the best in the world, as was the case of Lionel Messi."
