Ex-Charlton boss Curbishley won't rule out taking Palace job

Alan Curbishley is tightlipped on his interest in the Crystal Palace job.

Former Charlton Athletic boss Curbishley, who has been out of work since leaving West Ham in 2008, has hinted he could be interested in the job.

"I think the chairman has come out and been saying perhaps Premier League experience is what they are looking for," Curbishley told Sky Sports News.

"Well, I have got 328 games in the Premier League.

"I did manage Charlton, though, who are arch-rivals of Palace. But at the moment it looks as if they are taking their time over who they are going to appoint, so we will have to wait and see how they go."
