Former Brisbane Roar skipper Craig Moore has heaped praise on the club he had an bitter split with last season.
The 34-year old was outed when Ange Postecoglou stepped in after Frank Farina was deposed of his job as coach but he hasn't let that stop him from showering the club with superlatives after their brilliant start to the season.
"Ange has done a great job, hasn't he," Moore told the World Game.
"He came last year in and made a lot of changes and got the team he wanted. I am pleased for him and pleased for the club and I had a lot of happy times there.
"They play great stuff. It's all about pass and move. Very rarely in that team do you see players who are static and it's causing rivals a heap of problems.
"I can see them going all the way this season.
"They are very easy on the eye. Their build-up play is good, they are creating more chances than any other team and they are beginning to put the chances away after being a bit goal-shy at the start of the season."
Even after his differences with the Roar head coach, Moore has admitted that he is keen to get involved in coaching down the track.
"That's obviously the next step after this," he said of getting his Asian Football Confederations license. "If you were to get a job you might have 100 per cent of people's focus and attention but the hardest part is maintaining that, especially if you start doing things incorrectly because players are not silly.
"You have to do things right because you can't expect players to be professional if you are not professional."
