Torsten Frings wants his Toronto FC teammates to enjoy and relish the chance to take on LA Galaxy in the CONCACAF Champions League.
The Canadian club host the reigning MLS champions at the Rogers Center in the quarter-final first leg of the competition on Wednesday night and the former Germany international believes it is important to not play the occasion but rather the game.
"You don't play in front of big crowds like this and good players like (David) Beckham and (Landon) Donovan all the time.
"You should relish the opportunity, give it your all, play yourself into a rhythm and make the best of it. Just enjoy it. Just enjoy the opportunity you're given.""I'll tell them (my teammates) to take this experience and soak it all up," Frings said.
