Former Bordeaux coach Willy Sagnol says Malcom needs to make the right call over his next move.

Tottenham and Arsenal are keen on the 21-year-old but Sagnol has warned the Brazilian rising star to choose his club carefully this summer.

“If he signs for a big club in the Premier League and doesn't play then it wouldn't be good for him," he told the Mirror.

“He needs to go somewhere where the manager will let him play. He is a big talent and you have to let big talents play. They need confidence.

“They need to know that whatever happens you will stay behind them."
