Former Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is ready to take the Blackpool job.
The Mirror says Coyle is set for a management comeback with Championship crisis club Blackpool.
Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston has lined up the ex-Bolton and Wigan boss to replace Jose Riga after the club's disastrous start to the season.
Coyle is understood to have already been sounded out and could be appointed within the next 48 hours with Riga set for the exit door.
