Brett Emerton will make his Sky Blues debut against Perth Glory at WIN Jubilee Stadium (Kogarah) on Saturday 24 September on the 2011/12 Sydney FC Fan Day.
As part of the Annual Fan Day, Sydney FC fans who have "Become a Citizen" by signing up for a 2011/12 Membership either before September 24 or outside WIN Jubilee, will be given free entry to the ground for what is shaping as a tremendous Pre Season Celebration.
WIN Jubilee has been selected as the venue for the match, as it sits right in the middle of what market research has illustrated is Sydney FC's most populous fan and Member base. The match kicks off at 3pm.
"Fan Day is an important part of our Pre Season calendar and now that it's coinciding with Brett Emerton's debut it is going to be a truly memorable day for our fans and Members," said Sydney FC CEO Dirk Melton.
"We would love nothing more than a sea of Sky Blue to greet Brett the first time he pulls on a Sydney FC shirt. For those who become a Sydney FC Member before September 24 or outside the ground, the day will be free of charge."
