Former Blackburn Rovers title winner Alan Wright is happy seeing more young English coaches get their chance.
Wright wrote in the Daily Mail: "There are a lot of foreign coaches now in England. To their credit, they do the hard yards in their own country and then come over here when they are experienced. Everyone wants be part of the Premier League and the Championship, too.
"The Premier League is probably the best in the world so you can understand the attraction for foreign coaches. I think the game is slowly changing now towards more young, English coaches getting an opportunity and that can only be good for our game."
