Ex-Barnet boss Davids set for AC Milan role

Edgar Davids is being linked with a job on AC Milan coach Clarence Seedorf's backroom staff.

Davids left his role as player-coach at Barnet on the weekend.

"I had come to watch Juventus and today I'll see Milan, because I like football," Davids told Mediaset Premium.

"I think Seedorf made the right choice and I hope he'll do great things at Milan. I am happy as I am. I think Clarence will do well, because he has the right staff and that is the most important characteristic."
