Ex-Arsenal striker Nicholas urges Wenger to go for Remy

Former Arsenal striker Charlie Nicholas is urging Arsene Wenger to go for Newcastle United striker Loic Remy. Remy is on-loan at Toon from QPR.

Nicholas wrote in the Sunday World: "Unfortunately, he's not available for transfer this month because he's currently loaned out to Newcastle United from QPR, but he's someone Arsenal could sign in the summer and I think £10m for him would be a great piece of business.

"He doesn't need to start every week or be your main striker - but the guy will score goals. He's already proven he can and he'd get so many chances playing for Arsenal.

"I honestly believe he could be a revelation for the Gunners."
