Pierre Emerick Aubameyang would fit perfectly alongside Alexandre Lacazette in the Arsenal attack, according to ex-Gunners star Charlie Nicholas.
The Borussia Dortmund forward has been touted as a possible replacement for Alexis Sanchez, who is expected to join Manchester United this week.
Lacazette has been in a rut lately having not scored in his last nine appearances. But Nicholas, who scored over 50 goals for Arsenal, believes Aubameyang could complement him nicely up front.
"Aubameyang would be a good signing, I'd take him in a heartbeat," Nicholas told Sky Sports.
"I genuinely feel for Alexandre Lacazette because he must have thought he'd be in an exciting attacking team with loads of chances. But the boy is getting starved of chances and having to do work in all the wrong areas.
"I'd like to see Arsenal going back to playing two up top and those two would be good together. Then we need somebody on the left and I think Willian has been mentioned.
"Then we just need a new defence and we'd have a chance of getting back in the Champions League!"
