Former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner is again making headlines for his off the pitch behaviour.
The Sun reports Bendtner has been charged by police after a taxi driver was left with a broken jaw, according to reports.
The incident is alleged to have taken place in Copenhagen in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Ex-Arsenal striker Bendtner, 30, who now plays for Rosenborg, was named by local media as the alleged perpetrator.
Danish website bt.dk carried quotes from Rasmus Krochin, the communications manager for Dantaxi.
He is reported to have said: "I can confirm that there has been a serious assault on one of our drivers tonight.
"The driver is currently on the operating table with a broken jaw.
"The assault has been reported to the police and we can confirm the assailant is Nicklas Bendtner."
Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet also claimed Bendtner had been charged.
