Former Arsenal star Paul Merson has rapped the father of Wojciech Szczesny for his blast at Arsene Wenger.

Merson wrote in the Daily Star: "To have a go at Arsene Wenger like he did this week is not right..

"I'd be very disappointed if my dad had said those things.

"He said Wenger had destroyed the boy and made him a scapegoat. I don't think he should be saying things like that."
