Former Sporting Kansas City winger Ryan Smith is set to have a medical with Spanish club Real Zaragoza.
The 24-year old London-born left the UK in February 2010 to join Major League Soccer but has already departed the competition and is expected to sign with the La Liga outfit after having a surprise medical at pre-season training according to adn.es.
Smith kicked off his career with Arsenal back in 2003 before having stints with Leicester City, Derby County, Millwall, Southampton and Crystal Palace.
