Former Arsenal manager Bruce Rioch says Arsene Wenger's successor must be a strong character.
Rioch, the last manager to part company with the Gunners – way back in the summer of 1996.
And he said: “Manchester United had a lot of problems and difficulties finding the right man after Sir Alex Ferguson retired.
“Just because you are successful in another country or the Premier League, like David Moyes, it is no guarantee you will carry that on at such as huge club as United.
“The same goes at Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea."
Rioch added: “Arsenal can't take a risk. I see some of the names being mentioned, managers such as Luis Enrique, Carlo Ancelotti, Thomas Tuchel, Massimo Allegri, Joachim Low and Brendan Rodgers.
“Now the club must decide whether one of them, or someone else, can keep 60,000 fans inside the Emirates Stadium happy every week by winning, as well as millions of supporters around the world."
