Former Ajax striker Jordy Brouwer wants the chance to establish himself at Liverpool.
The striker has a renewed appetite this season after the loan spell back in Holland was cut short due to injury.
"I only played five games before I broke my metatarsal," he told liverpoolfc.tv. "I have worked hard to get fit in pre-season and now aim to make the most of it and do as well as I can.
"We have a lot of strikers here at reserve team level and there is a lot of competition for places.
"All I can do is just keep working hard and try to score goals and get a regular place in the reserve team."
