Former AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has revealed talks with Mario Balotelli.
Italy won their World Cup opener against England 2-1 thanks to Balotelli's winner.
"He needs to be a centre-forward and playing on his own up there it'll be easier for him," ex-Milan Coach Allegri told Sky Sport Italia.
"He won't need to come back deep in order to look for the ball, because behind him will be players who are very good at providing assists."
